Anti-TUFM Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human TUFM (mitochondrial Tu translation elongation factor) and designed to detect the endogenous target in standard immunoassay workflows. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in 50 µL aliquots of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated preparation is validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples. As a polyclonal reagent of rabbit origin, the immunoglobulin class is IgG; the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon receipt, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. The reagent is intended for research use only and is not cleared for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
