Anti-Tubulin β Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Tubulin β, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised in rabbit and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen consisting of a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal of human Tubulin β. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total Tubulin β protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
