Anti-Tubulin α Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets α-tubulin and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, a synthesized peptide derived from human tubulin α around the non-acetylation site of K112. It is unconjugated and provided in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and ELISA, and the reagent has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of tubulin α protein specifically at the non-acetylated K112 epitope.
