Anti-Tubulin α Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal reagent supplied by Antibodies.com is raised against Tubulin α and is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supporting cross-species research workflows.

The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from human Tubulin α around the non-acetylation site of K40, and it detects endogenous levels of Tubulin α protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
