Anti-Tubulin α (Acetyl-Lys352) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Tubulin α (Acetyl-K352) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Specificity is directed against Tubulin α protein only when acetylated at K352, as established by the immunogen — a synthesized peptide derived from the human Tubulin α sequence around the acetylation site of K352. The product is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL.

Purification is performed by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
