Anti-Tubulin β (G434) Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Tubulin β (G434) and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 402–455 of human Tubulin β [S1]. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2 [C0, S1]. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF)/ICC-IF applications [C0, S1] and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples [C0, S1]. It detects endogenous levels of Tubulin β protein [S1]. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE [S1]. The target protein runs at a molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa [S1].
