Anti-Tubulin β (4D9) Antibody

Mouse monoclonal antibody targeting Tubulin β, supplied by Antibodies.com and conjugated to HRP for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody is raised in mouse and is of monoclonal clonality.

Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse, Rabbit, Frog, Fish, Chicken, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 402-455 of Human Tubulin β, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of β-Tubulin protein.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The observed molecular weight is ~ 55 kDa. Purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-purification from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
