Anti-Tubulin β (4D9) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a mouse monoclonal antibody raised against Tubulin β, clone 4D9. This unconjugated primary antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, Rabbit, Frog, Fish, Chicken and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 402–455 of human Tubulin β and detects endogenous levels of β-Tubulin protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and the target protein runs at a molecular weight of ~55 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, giving a purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE.
