Anti-TUBGCP6 Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is designed for the detection of TUBGCP6 (Gamma-tubulin complex component 6, also known as GCP-6 or KIAA1669), a component of the gamma-tubulin ring complex involved in microtubule nucleation. Raised in rabbit against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human TUBGCP6, the unconjugated antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total TUBGCP6 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The product is supplied as 50 µL of rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, ensuring strong specificity for the target. For routine handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
