Anti-TUBG1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody is raised in Rabbit and targets TUBG1 (gamma Tubulin). It is manufactured by Antibodies.com and is part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 382-451 of human γ-Tubulin (NP_001061.2). The antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa, and the product concentration is lot specific.

For Western Blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:1,000 is provided. Storage instructions indicate the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve stability.
