Anti-Tuberin (L1456) Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Tuberin (L1456) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1400–1500 of human Tuberin, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Tuberin/TSC2 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
