Anti-Tuberin (F933) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Tuberin (also known as TSC2) at the F933 region. The unconjugated antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and is supported by three scientific images.

It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 900–950 of human Tuberin and detects endogenous levels of the Tuberin/TSC2 protein. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 200 kDa.
