Description
Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TUBB1 and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human TUBB1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of TUBB1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~ 50 kDa.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
