Anti-TUBB Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets TUBB (beta Tubulin) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 40–260 of human β-Tubulin (NP_006077.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The target is reported at a molecular weight of 50 kDa, and concentration is reported as lot specific. Recommended WB dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
