Anti-TTR Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets transthyretin (TTR) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human TTR immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography, leaving it unconjugated and ready for use in ICC/IF workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples. It reliably detects endogenous levels of total transthyretin, which is also known by the synonyms ATTR, PALB, TBPA, and Transthyretin. For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
