Anti-TTR Antibody

From Antibodies.com's Primary Antibodies range, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TTR (prealbumin). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is affinity purified. The target runs at approximately 16 kDa.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 21-147 of human TTR (NP_000362.1). It is validated for Western blot at a recommended dilution of 1:500-1:1,000, IHC at 1:50-1:100 and ICC/IF at 1:50-1:100, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supported by 4 scientific images.
