Anti-TTK Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to TTK, also referred to as TTK/Mps1, supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation. Distributed by Antibodies.com, the reagent is of IgG isotype and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:1,000–1:5,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The target has a molecular weight of 100 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 536–789 of human TTK (NP_003309.2). The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
