Anti-TTK (Ab-676) Antibody

Produced in rabbits as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com antibody recognizes human TTK, a dual-specificity protein kinase that monitors chromosome attachment at the spindle assembly checkpoint during mitosis. Widely investigated in cancer research because TTK overexpression is a feature of several proliferative tumor types, the kinase is a frequent biomarker in studies of chromosome segregation fidelity and mitotic regulation. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on human cell and tissue samples, and is supplied at 100 µl per vial.
