Anti-TTF-1 Antibody [G21-G] - Identical to Novus (NBP1-79056)

It is validated for immunohistochemistry on both paraffin-embedded (IHC-P) and frozen (IHC-Fr) sections, with a recommended working dilution range of 1:100–1:200 [C0][S1]. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and reacts with human samples [C0][S1].

It was generated using a peptide derived from the N-terminal sequence of human TTF-1 and recognises the epitope between Leu97 and Gly110 [S1]. The product is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline (pH 8.0) containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and is intended for storage at 4°C [S1].
