Anti-TTF-1 Antibody [A22-A] - Identical to Abcam (ab179871)

A rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone A22-A) from Antibodies.com, provided as an unconjugated IgG reagent directed against TTF-1. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), ELISA, immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF), and has been shown to react with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the N-terminal sequence of human TTF-1, and the antibody recognises an epitope located between Ala40 and Gln55. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, formulated with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquots should be stored at -20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000 for WB and 1:20,000–1:30,000 for ELISA.
