Anti-TTBK2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets TTBK2 (Tau tubulin kinase 2) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and has been prepared by affinity purification. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1185–1244 of human TTBK2 (NP_775771.3); the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 137 kDa.

It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Suggested dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C and, on receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
