Anti-TST Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified, this unconjugated IgG polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com binds thiosulfate sulfurtransferase (TST), the mitochondrial-matrix enzyme also known as rhodanese that catalyses the conversion of thiosulfate and cyanide into thiocyanate and sulfite and contributes to hydrogen sulfide detoxification. The antibody recognises the endogenous ~33 kDa target in human, mouse, and rat samples and is validated for Western blot detection of TST in lysates, pairing with standard HRP-conjugated secondary reagents for chemiluminescent visualisation of the target band.
