Anti-TSSK6 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal preparation against the TSSK6 target and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 110–155 of Human TSSK6A, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of TSSK6 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of > 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 30 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, and is supplied with 1 scientific validation image.
