Anti-TSSK4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody to TSSK4, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com and validated for Western blot (WB). The reagent is raised in rabbit, is of polyclonal clonality with IgG isotype, and is reactive with mouse samples; Western blot validation images have been generated against mouse tissue lysates.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 79–328 of human TSSK4 (NP_777604.2), and the antibody is affinity-purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa, and the recommended WB working dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.

The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
