Anti-TSSK3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to TSSK-3 (testis-specific serine kinase 3), supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is provided unconjugated. It has been validated for Western blotting and is reactive with mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–268 of human TSSK3 (NP_443073.1). It is purified by affinity chromatography, runs at an apparent molecular weight of 30 kDa, and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

Recommended usage is Western blot at 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
