Anti-TSR1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TSR1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blotting (WB). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human and mouse samples. TSR1 is also known by the synonyms KIAA1401 and Pre-rRNA-processing protein TSR1 homolog.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 455–804 of human TSR1 (NP_060598.3), and the antibody is affinity purified. It is provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. Recommended usage for WB is a dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000.

Concentration is reported as lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
