Anti-TSPAN8 Antibody

The unconjugated reagent is formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human TSPAN8, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total TSPAN8 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
