Anti-TSPAN7 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TSPAN7 (TALLA-1), supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed in mouse and rat samples and supported by 3 scientific validation images. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 113–213 of human TSPAN7 (NP_004606.2). Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a lot-specific concentration. The target has a reported molecular weight of 28 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Shipped at 4°C; aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
