Anti-TSPAN4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TSPAN4 (also referenced as NAG-2), offered by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer datasheet, the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 107–201 of human TSPAN4/NAG-2 (NP_003262.1). It is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with the target reported at a molecular weight of 26 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt, aliquots should be stored at –20 °C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The manufacturer recommends a WB dilution range of 1:1,000–1:2,000.
