Anti-TSHZ2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the TSHZ2 protein. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, and it has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 818-863 of Human TSHZ2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of TSHZ2 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 115 kDa. One scientific validation image is available to support its use in Western blotting.
