Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognises the TSHZ1 protein and is supplied unconjugated for use in western blot (WB) applications.
It is reactive with human and mouse samples, and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human TSHZ1. The antibody detects endogenous levels of TSHZ1 protein. Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. The target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 113 kDa.
