The thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR) is a G protein-coupled receptor located primarily on thyroid follicular cells, where it governs TSH-driven synthesis and secretion of T3 and T4 hormones. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against TSHR and validated for Western blot detection in human and mouse research samples.
Supplied as 100 µL of liquid reagent in a vial, the antibody supports studies of Graves' disease autoantibodies, TSH receptor signaling cascades, and endocrine regulation in vitro. Because it is unconjugated, researchers can pair it with a chosen secondary reagent for chemiluminescent or fluorescent readout on Western blot membranes.
Handling recommendations: store at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from light. Centrifuge the vial briefly before opening to recover the full 100 µL volume. For research use only.
