Anti-TSHR Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against the TSH Receptor (TSHR). It is supplied unconjugated in liquid form, prepared in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and purified by affinity chromatography.

The antibody is generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 21–253 of human TSHR (NP_001018046.1) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is validated for Western blot (recommended dilution 1:500–1:1,000) and immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:200). Intended for research use only; not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.

The target has a stated molecular weight of 100 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
