Anti-TSG101 Antibody

The target protein has a molecular weight of 44 kDa. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 291–390 of human TSG101/VPS23 (NP_006283.1), with the sequence LKKKDEELSSALEKMENQSENNDIDEVIIPTAPLYKQILNLYAEENAIEDTIFYLGEALRRGVIDLDVFLKHVRLLSRKQFQLRALMQKARKTAGLSDLY. The antibody is validated for WB and ICC/IF and is supported by 3 scientific validation images. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.

Formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
