Anti-TSG-6 (V37) Antibody

The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of Human TSG-6 and specifically detects endogenous levels of TSG-6 protein. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 32 kDa, and two scientific validation images are available.
