Anti-Tsg 101 (E303) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Tsg 101 and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 268–320 of human Tsg 101, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the Tsg 101 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa. The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
