Produced in rabbit as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this primary antibody recognizes TSC22D3, the glucocorticoid-induced leucine zipper (GILZ) protein that acts as a transcriptional regulator downstream of glucocorticoid receptor signaling. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse specimens, making it useful for studies of immune cell regulation, T-cell anergy, macrophage polarization, and models of sepsis, autoimmunity, and tumor microenvironment biology. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, in a 100 µl vial format. The polyclonal host response targets multiple epitopes on TSC22D3, supporting reliable detection in denatured lysates for WB and in fixed, paraffin-embedded sections for IHC. For handling, refrigerate the vial upon arrival and protect from light to preserve activity of the azide-stabilized solution, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles when aliquoted. Provided by Antibodies.com, this reagent is intended for research use only in laboratory settings and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
