Anti-TSC22D3 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the TSC22D3 protein, also referred to as GilZ/TilZ. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot with a recommended working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:1,000.

Reactivity has been confirmed against human samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–79 of human TSC22D3 (NP_001015881.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 15 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and held at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
