Anti-TSC2 (phospho-T1462) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit, this antibody targets TSC2 phosphorylated at Thr1462 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications across Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human TSC2 around the phosphorylation site of Thr1462, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of TSC2 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr1462. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 180 kDa.
