Anti-TSC2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets TSC2, also known as Tuberin, and is supplied through Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with confirmed reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1160–1255 of human TSC2 (NP_000539.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 200 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for both immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
