Anti-TSC1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TSC1 (Hamartin), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 550–650 of human TSC1 (NP_000359.1), and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 150 kDa. Reactivity is reported for Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the manufacturer validates use in WB, IHC and ICC/IF, with recommended dilutions of WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:100 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100.

The preparation is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
