Anti-Trypsin Antibody [G15-J]

A rabbit monoclonal (G15-J) primary antibody specific for trypsin, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and has reactivity confirmed against human samples. It is validated for Western blotting, ELISA, immunoprecipitation and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF), and is supported by one scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the internal sequence of human trypsin, and the antibody recognises the epitope located between Thr147 and Gln159. It is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:2,000 for WB and 1:10,000–1:20,000 for ELISA.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
