Anti-TRXR2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against TRXR2 — a target also referred to as TXNRD2, Thioredoxin reductase 2 (mitochondrial), KIAA1652, Selenoprotein Z, SelZ, Thioredoxin reductase TR3, and TR-beta.

The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of total TRXR2 protein. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human TRXR2. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
