Anti-Trx2 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against Trx2 and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype.

The immunogen is recombinant full-length Human Trx2, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Trx2 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 18 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
