Anti-TRPV4 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against TRPV4 and is validated for Western blot (WB). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is affinity purified.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 772–871 of human TRPV4 (NP_067638.3). The manufacturer reports reactivity with Human samples, while the catalogue entry additionally lists Mouse reactivity. The target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 95 kDa, and a recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is provided.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
