Anti-TRPV3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TRPV3, listed by Antibodies.com among their Primary Antibodies range. The antibody is unconjugated, of polyclonal clonality with an IgG isotype, and is raised in Rabbit. It has been validated for ELISA and WB applications, with reactivity confirmed against Mouse samples, and the product is supplied in lyophilised form.

The immunogen used is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 461–469 of mouse TRPV3, conjugated with KLH for immunisation (sequence YRPREEEAI). Purification is performed by Protein G affinity chromatography. The formulation is a lyophilised preparation from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.4, with the concentration described as reconstitution dependent; the lyophilised product is reconstituted with double distilled water.

Shipping and storage instructions specify that the antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
