Anti-TRPV1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TRPV1. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a lyophilised preparation purified by Protein G affinity chromatography from a 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.4. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 105–115 of mouse TRPV1 (sequence GEKPPRLYDRR), conjugated with KLH for immunisation. It is validated for ELISA and Western blot applications and reacts with mouse samples. Recommended handling includes shipping at 4 °C, aliquoting and storing at –20 °C upon arrival, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles, and reconstitution with double distilled water.
