Anti-TRPV1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TRPV1, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400–500 of the human TRPV1 sequence (NP_061197.4). The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is affinity purified and recognises a target of approximately 100 kDa.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
