Anti-TRPS1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TRPS1, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human and mouse TRPS1. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 160 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilutions range from 1:2,000 to 1:10,000. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–260 of human TRPS1 (NP_054831.2), and the reagent has been affinity purified. For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
