Anti-TRPM4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against TRPM4. It is supplied unconjugated in liquid form and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human TRPM4 (NP_060106.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 134 kDa. The reagent is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:20–1:100 for IHC. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
